Welcome Realtors!! It has long been an ambition of mine to write a series of (hopefully) helpful blogs on things we see in our real estate practice. Beginning the first week in October, Revolution Law Group’s Real Estate Division will be publishing a weekly blog on our website (and our Facebook page). The intent here is to make your life easier (and maybe ours as well) by giving you information about things you need to focus on from a closing standpoint. They should NOT be considered official legal advice. If you find these blogs helpful, please let others know about them, whether or not they bring their closings to our office. Raven Ash and I will be taking turns writing them, so you will benefit from the perspective of two attorneys, not just one!
We hope you enjoy these blogs as well as finding them useful. We encourage you to send us suggestions of issues you would like us to address. We welcome your input, as we can learn a lot about what we can do to help you!
The main thing we need for a smooth, on-time closing is information!!! Information, Information, information, and it helps if it is complete and accurate information! I am sure that you look at the information sheets we (and other attorneys) send out, and you wonder why we ask for all that information – is it really necessary? The first series of blogs will talk about the information we need and why.
So, here goes:
